FT 33 Water Filter

The resin blend inside, specially designed to optimize espresso coffee preparation, removes calcium and magnesium in both carbonate and bicarbonate forms, thus providing complete protection for boilers and heat exchangers against limescale buildup
Installation
Our cartridge can only be installed vertically. Equipped with a half-inch female thread, it requires a 1/2 inch male cylindrical fitting or an automatic fitting size 8 or 6, or a 3/8 inch male tapered fitting for hydraulic connection. After connecting the cartridge, run water for 5 seconds to stabilize the resin bed.
Maintenance
The cartridge has a production batch code printed on the bottom, indicating the week and year of manufacture. If properly stored and sealed in a dry, clean place, the cartridge has a shelf life of 36 months. For models with activated carbon, once the protective caps are removed, rinse the cartridge contents by passing 10 liters of water at maximum pressure to remove any residues formed during manufacturing
